Lavigne Lonsdale has been involved in this significant project since its inception over 15 years ago and has provided a range of services, including; Landscape Masterplanning & Urban Design,
Landscape Architecture and detail design delivery for Phase 1.
The Sherford scheme involves the development of a completely new town, the project consists of 5500+ homes, 80,000+ m2 of commercial and employment space, 3 Primary schools, 1 Secondary school and retail units and a 500 acre community park.
Lavigne Lonsdale have been involved fully in the delivery of the Phase 1 external works and masterplan.
